      Think Spring! Gardening Seminar

      Join the Warren County Master Gardeners and the Indianola Parks & Recreation for a day that will give you a jump on spring, held this year in the brand new Hubbell Ballroom in the Kent Campus Center at Simpson College. Spreakers include Dr. Denny Schrock, Iowa Master Gardener Coordinator and Horticulture Lecturer at ISU who will give tips & techniques for growing many different vegetables in the home garden; Iowa Garden Coach Anne Larson who will inspire with 30 fun ways to enliven your garden with year round color; Dr. Ann Marie VanDerZanden with ideas for creating a sustainable landscape, and Melissa Peterson and Keegan Lare of Ted Lare Design Build & Garden Center who will present new ways to grow succulents and annuals in containers. A delicious catered lunch is included, plus door prizes and garden merchandise for sale. Master Gardeners earn 4 CEU credits.
